PDF Merge Split Convert (“the App”) is developed by Vaibhav Deshmukh.

The App works with PDF files and images that you explicitly choose using the Android system file picker (Storage Access Framework).
- These files are processed locally on your device.
- No copy is uploaded or sent to any server.
- We do not have access to any other files on your device.
1.3. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The App uses Google AdMob to display ads (banner, interstitial, and rewarded).
AdMob may collect certain data for advertising purposes, such as:
- Device identifiers
- Approximate location
- Ad engagement metrics
- Crash diagnostics

2. How We Use Information
Since the App does not collect any user data directly:
- All processing happens offline on your device.
- File content never leaves your device.
- Only AdMob handles limited data for displaying ads.

The App uses the following third-party service:

AdMob provides advertising and may collect device-level identifiers and usage data to personalize or improve ads.

4. Children’s Privacy
The App is not intended for children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

- The App does not transmit user files or personal data to any server.
- All PDF operations (merge, split, convert) happen locally on the device.
- We do not store anything externally.
6. Permissions Used
The App does not request broad storage permissions.
It only uses:
- READ access via the system file picker to open files you select.
- WRITE access via the system save dialog when exporting output files.
The App cannot access or modify files that you did not explicitly select.
