Thank you for using QR Toolbox (“the App”).
Your privacy is extremely important to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have.
1. Overview
QR Toolbox is designed with privacy first.
All QR code creation, CSV imports, ZIP exports, and batch operations work 100% offline on your device.
We do not collect, store, share, or transmit any personal data.
2. Information we do NOT collect
QR Toolbox does not collect any of the following:
- Personal information (name, email, phone number, etc.)
- Device identifiers
- Contact list data
- Location data
- Analytics or usage tracking
- Generated QR content
- CSV file contents
- ZIP exports or file names
- Any other user-created content
Everything stays on your device only.
3. Information we DO collect
We do not collect any data ourselves.
The only third-party data collection comes from:
Google AdMob (Ads)
QR Toolbox displays:
- Banner ads
- Optional Rewarded ads (user-triggered)
AdMob may collect advertising-related identifiers as required for delivering ads.
No data is collected or processed by us.

4. Permissions used
QR Toolbox uses only essential permissions:
Storage / File Access
Used exclusively to:
- Import CSV files
- Export generated QR codes as ZIP files
- Share ZIP files via Android share sheet
We do not access any other files on your device.
Network Access
Used only for loading Google ads.
All core features (QR generation, CSV import, ZIP export) work offline.
5. How your data is used
Any text, items, CSV rows, or QR content you enter:
- Is stored only on your device
- Is never uploaded
- Is never shared unless you choose to share it
Your exports remain completely private.
6. Third-party services
QR Toolbox integrates only:
Google AdMob
Used for banner and rewarded ads.
AdMob may collect:
- Advertising ID
- Approximate location (based on device settings)
- Device information
- Interactions with ads
This data is processed by Google, not by us.

7. Children’s privacy
QR Toolbox is not directed toward children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect any information from children.
8. Data retention
We do not store or retain any user data.
All content remains on your device until you delete it.
9. Security
QR Toolbox is designed to minimize risks by:
- Keeping all QR content offline
- Not transmitting any files
- Not storing anything on remote servers
Your data stays on your device.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally.
Updates will be reflected on the Play Store page or inside the app.
