Why I built Renew Scout

I kept forgetting subscriptions.

Not because I had too many — but because renewals are silent. Charges happen in the background, and by the time you notice, it’s already too late.

Most “subscription trackers” solve this by asking for access to your bank account, email, or SMS. I didn’t want that.

So I built Renew Scout with a simple rule:
